OUR MISSION

Tough2gether is committed to transforming the future for children and young adults facing DIPG and DMG, some of the most aggressive pediatric brain cancers. Born from the lived experience and advocacy of Jace Ward and his family, our mission is to ensure that no family faces this diagnosis alone and that every patient has access to the knowledge, resources, and support they need.

We work to accelerate research, expand equitable access to innovative clinical trials, and break down barriers within the pediatric brain cancer landscape. Through collaboration with scientists, clinicians, foundations, and families across the world, Tough2gether pushes for faster translation of discoveries and greater sharing of data — because progress must move at the speed families need.

At the heart of Tough2gether is connection. We believe change happens when families, advocates, researchers, and providers stand side-by-side. Our programs, including My DIPG Navigator, patient support initiatives, and nationwide advocacy efforts, are designed to make the journey less isolating and the path forward clearer.
